Improved my knife's action

Mostly good, one small issue
I bought the KPL Heavy Knife Oil and a KPL Microfiber Cloth. The website was easy enough to navigate and placing the order was simple. Shipping was fairly quick, got it in about 5 days to my address in Colorado. The oil itself is excellent; my larger folders feel much more robust. The microfiber cloth is also good quality. My only small gripe is that the bottle design could be a little better, sometimes it was hard to get just a tiny drop out without a bit extra. But overall, a positive experience and good products for the price.
